Do you ever have days where you put on work out clothes to motivate yourself to exercise, but then you make excuses and don’t? 💪🚫

I will be the first to admit that I do. 🙋‍♀️

Real life candid camera 😆

Sometimes depression gets the best of me and I end up sitting on the couch, feeling too overwhelmed to do anything. And you know what happens? It gets harder to do the next time and then habits begin to form.

This pattern can lead to more anxiety and depression, frustration, and sometimes it can lead to increased pain. The combination of all of those things can make it seem like getting into a new routine is difficult or not even possible.

Have you felt like this? If so, do you feel like you need help?

Let me first start by saying, you are not alone. This happens to A LOT of us. But sometimes, we need help getting of it. We need someone with an outside perspective to help us through it...to take away the overwhelm.

I specialize in helping others who feel trapped by their pain and their body by helping them reconnect with their bodies to feel better, move better, and ultimately live better.

Together we can figure out what things trigger your symptoms that “keep you down”, we can help train your nervous system to learn new patterns and ways to manage pain, we can develop an exercise program specific to your needs that is realistic for you, and we can come up with other strategies to help manage obstacles that keep you from doing the things you want and need to do.

If you feel like you need help getting back to living life the way you WANT to. Click here to set up your free strategy call so we can come up with a plan that works for YOU.
